The six new Cheval Blanc Private Residences will be part of the new £500 million 83-bedroom 5-star Cheval Blanc hotel on Grafton Street in Mayfair.
The Cheval Blanc hotel in London will be designed by ‘starchtitect’ Foster & Partners and will be the fifth global project from the ultra-luxury hotel group favoured by stars and royals alike, after Courchevel, St Tropez, St Barths and The Maldives.
Due to open in 2022, the hotel will feature a subterranean spa and a 25-metre pool, two restaurants, including one overseen by a multi-Michelin-star-level chef, an evening bar and roof terrace, and a cafe.
There will also be six private apartments for sale — one with its own private pool — and a major store likely to be a showcase for one of LVMH’s fashion brands such as Celine and Fendi.
