Situated in a stunning 65-hectare beachfront site on the west side of the enchanting Kea island of the Cyclades, One&Only Kéa Island is currently under development and will be home to a captivating beach resort and an enviable collection of private homes to call your own.
One & Only Kéa Island is a new luxury resort currently under development and set to open in summer 2021. This island hideaway will comprise 75 resort villas and a select number of One&Only Private Homes. The resort is nestled within the famous Cyclades archipelago in a 60-hectare tranquil beachfront site on the west side of Kéa island, just 30 minutes by speed boat from Athens.
There is a choice of two to six or more-bedroom bespoke One&Only Private Homes available with total living space ranging between 712 sqm and over 3,000 sqm on plots of between 2,000 and 7,130 sqm (approximately). These villas are customisable to suit the buyer’s requirements (subject to developer approval) and are sold freehold without usage restriction. Owners may opt to enter their property into the rental pool and receive a share of rental income (no rental guarantee is offered on these units – see turnkey options if looking for a guaranteed yield).
Each villa is individually crafted to frame extraordinary bay views and is furnished with the finest contemporary comforts. All have an abundance of space and are ideal for entertaining. The villas have a fully equipped kitchen flowing to light filled living rooms and on to outdoor dining space overlooking the infinity swimming pool. The airy bedrooms are spread across different levels for ultimate privacy and feature en suite bathrooms, private dressing rooms, adjoining lounges and satellite pools for private bathing.
These contemporary designed villas are proudly Hellenic in style. Locally sourced stone, traditional whitewashed walls and iconic Greek marble make each villa unmistakably native to the Cyclades. Floor to ceiling glass open up the spectacular Mediterranean views. The architectural design of the resort is by the award-winning architect John Heah of London based Heah & Co whose celebrated portfolio includes Amanera, the Four Seasons Resort, Bali, the recent refurbishment of The Berkeley Hotel and the Connaught Bar in London.
